A3500
Shortly after the release of the desktop A3000 its tower version came out. The first models shipped with 030 processors on their motherboard, later the A3000T/040 was introduced featuring an A3640 processor card.
The A3500 was the prototype of the A3000T. Its case was taken from Commodore's PC line and its motherboard had slightly different layout.

In 1990 Commodore released its first 32 bit system featuring the ECS chip set. The first models had 16 MHz motherboard, later 25 MHz.
The A3000UX is based around the 25 MHz model. It shipped with AT&T Unix System V Release 4 operating system instead of AmigaOS, a three button mouse, and usually with the A3070 tape streamer, the A2410 graphics card and the A2065 Ethernet card installed.

A500 Plus
Just after the A2000 Commodore released its first affordable machine, the A500. It is basically an A2000 in a compact case with limited expansion capabilities, aimed at the low-end users.
The A500 Plus is the same machine with more memory, more screen modes and upgraded Kickstart.
In 1985 July the first Amiga, the A1000 appeared. It costed half as much as the 8088 XT of that time, featured an operating system with preemptive multitasking, coloured graphical user interface and stereo sound.

In 1992 September Commodore released the successor of the A3000 based around the AGA chip set. The first models were equipped with 040 processors only, later - to fill the gap between the A1200 and the A4000/040 - with 030 processors too. Apart from the used processor cards the two models are identical.
